Bloom is a elegantly appointed chocolate salon in San Francisco. Inside 16th Street Dandelion Factory that serves sweet and savoury breakfast and afternoon desserts, including weekend chocolate service and tea service. Bloom features table service and a décor of velvet banquette, brass fixtures, and modern lighting.
