paulDinara Kasko originally trained as an architect but switch to a patisserie chef and you can certainly see where her inspiration comes from. She makes the plugs using 3D software and a 3D printer. From this she is able to make a silicon mould that can be used to create these amazing cake designs (you can buy the moulds from her store).
